Lifecoaching

We work together to establish what you want and describe what you need to do to achieve it. These meetings can be structured to meet your needs, We have a range of lifecoaching programmes which suit most, but please give me a shout if you don't see what you need. There's a specialized programme for mums too.

In all sessions the goals and actions you will set are specific and realistic to give you maximum opportunity to achieve them. Actions are just that, actions – life is about doing and you will be doing as part of your achievement.

Deep Relaxation and Meditation

Your mind when it's working for you (rather than against) can do great things. Using a deep relaxation approach closely related to a guided meditation we can work on solutions to problems and helping you find an inner calm.

In our first session we chat together about the areas you want to work on and together we work out the best relaxation approach to use. In subsequent sessions I will work with you to build more helpful patterns of behaviour and let go those that no longer serve you. All you need for this approach to work is a desire and a willingness to relax.

Mentoring

This one to one approach is a very rapid way to work on a problem area or gain new skills. I work along side you over the course of half to two days observing, suggesting and guiding your actions. This approach is rapid because it is all about you and your own attitudes and approaches.
