If you've never had coaching before then this package is your option... we work out what you need to stop things keeping you awake at night. Usually the introductory programme is 5 sessions (about 45 minutes in length): 1 idea identification session and 4 supporting sessions. The first session is slightly longer (about 60 minutes) because we also spend some time getting to know each other. It usually lasts 1-2 months depending on how frequently you'd like to meet.
The regular programme runs on a 2 or 4 coaching sessions a month on a month by month basis. Sessions can be in person (if geography allows ) or by phone and last about 45 minutes. If you prefer shorter sessions, we can use laser coaching sessions (20 minutes) and provide double the session number (4 or 8 laser coaching sessions) per month.
A full retained programme lasts six months. This is a really good programme if you know you have a lot to work on. You can access up to 25 coaching sessions during this time as you require (by phone, in person (if geography allows) or by email) and unlimited email assistance. Email for details.
If you are an organised and driven person this goal setting session is for you. A single session that helps you to bring your thoughts and ideas into focus. The outcome of this session is a schedule of specific realistic actions that will take you toward your goals. This type of session can last up to 2 hours either face to face or on the telephone. It is intense, and you leave with a sense of your own mission to accomplish. If you need some more help along the line arrange a booster session.
Boosters are a great way to revitalise your planned actions, discuss decisions, overcome hurdles or set new goals. Everyone needs a boost now and again – the flexibility of these sessions lets you build that in when you need it. Sessions last about 30 minutes.
In all sessions the goals and actions you will set are specific and realistic to give you maximum opportunity to achieve them. Actions are just that, actions – life is about doing and you will be doing as part of your achievement.
Relaxation sessions are only carried out in person. They are an excellent way to regenerate lost energy and feel calm in this hectic world. Relaxation sessions can last 30-90 minutes...the effects stay with you. Email for details.
